Recently, two flagship products from Guoxing Intelligent – the Diesel 4WD Firefighting Robot and the Electric 4WD Firefighting Robot – were deployed in a large-scale national emergency drill simulating a storage tank explosion scenario. Their performance in this complex, high-risk exercise once again demonstrated Guoxing’s technological strength and commitment to industrial safety.
The drill simulated a secondary fire caused by an explosion at a large oil storage tank. The environment was extremely hazardous, with intense heat, thick smoke, and toxic gas—conditions where human firefighters would face severe danger. In such scenarios, firefighting robots with remote control and autonomous operation capabilities become critical assets.
Guoxing deployed two robotic solutions tailored for different mission requirements:
Diesel 4WD Firefighting Robot: Powered by a robust diesel engine, this robot is built for long-duration, high-intensity operations. Its strong off-road capabilities make it suitable for gravel, mud, and rough terrain.
Electric 4WD Firefighting Robot: Equipped with an explosion-proof lithium battery system, this robot offers low-noise, fast-start operation, ideal for sensitive environments with strict safety and environmental requirements.
Both models support remote control up to 1 km and are equipped with intelligent modules such as explosion-proof cameras, infrared thermal imaging, 12-type toxic gas sensors, and obstacle detection systems. These features enable real-time environmental awareness, video feedback, and safe navigation in dangerous areas.
Despite extreme temperatures, high pressure, and toxic smoke, Guoxing’s firefighting robots delivered outstanding performance. With a high water flow rate of 100L/S, they rapidly suppressed fires and cooled surrounding equipment. Their intelligent systems provided valuable real-time data to firefighters and replaced human presence in the most dangerous zones—dramatically improving safety and response efficiency.
